Myukura

Our visionClinical technology should give time back,
not claim it.

We believe an important part of the future of artificial intelligence in healthcare will not lie in replacing decisions, but in reducing the work that surrounds them.

Myukura is born from that idea.

We are building technology so that capturing, structuring and reviewing clinical information takes less effort, and so that professionals can devote more attention to what should not be automated: listening, interpreting and deciding.

Less friction

Less friction aroundthe consultation

A consultation generates much more than a conversation.

It generates context, history, decisions, notes, follow-up and new information that must later be turned into documentation.

Our goal is to progressively reduce the distance between those two moments.

From what happens in the consultation to structured, reviewable and useful information.

Without turning the professional into the operator of yet another tool.

Specialised artificial intelligence

We don’t believe in a single modelto solve everything

A clinical consultation brings together very different technological problems.

  1. 01Speech recognition.
  2. 02Speaker separation.
  3. 03Identification of relevant information.
  4. 04Structuring.
  5. 05Verification.
  6. 06Generation.
  7. 07Longitudinal follow-up.

That is why we develop and evaluate specialised systems and models for different parts of the workflow.

Our vision is not to build an interface around a single artificial intelligence model.

It is to develop an architecture in which each component has a clear function and can evolve independently.

Local and cloud

Intelligence should be able to runwhere it makes the most sense

We don’t believe all processing must necessarily happen in the same place.

Some tasks can benefit from the power of the cloud.

Others may make more sense closer to the device, the professional or the organisation itself.

That is why we are developing a hybrid architecture and a specific line of local processing through Myukura Edge.

The question is not simply local or cloud.

The question is:

what should be processed, where and why.

Human oversight

The professionalstays at the centre

Artificial intelligence can help listen, organise, structure and prepare information.

But that does not automatically turn its output into a clinical decision.

Myukura is designed around a principle of human oversight.

Technology proposes.

The professional reviews.

The professional decides.

We want to reduce administrative work without reducing control.

Privacy

Privacy fromthe architecture

Protecting sensitive information shouldn’t depend solely on legal documents or after-the-fact settings.

It also shapes how the product is designed.

Data minimisation, access separation, traceability and new forms of local processing are among the decisions we are progressively incorporating into Myukura’s architecture.

Our goal is to build systems that only need access to what they require to do their job.

In-house technology

Building in-house technologyfor specific problems

We don’t want to add artificial intelligence simply because it is available.

We want to use it when it can solve a clearly defined problem.

That is why our development concentrates on specific areas:

01clinical voice in Spanish
02specialised models
03structured documentation
04information verification
05longitudinal history
06local processing
07integrations and tools

Each one represents a different piece of a larger architecture.

Origin

A technology companyborn in Andalusia

Myukura is developed by MYULAB INNOVATION, S.L.

From Jerez de la Frontera we are building a technology company with the ambition to grow beyond where it began.

Our development combines product, artificial intelligence, infrastructure and applied research.

And we want to do it while holding on to a simple idea:

advanced technology can be built from here, competing with an international outlook.

Our direction

We don’t want the future of the consultation to be one more screen between the professional and the patient.

We want a growing share of the technology to work around them both.

  • Listening when necessary.
  • Organising information.
  • Keeping context.
  • Preparing documentation.
  • Running certain processes locally when it makes sense.
  • And always leaving the last word to the professional.

We build so that technology takes up less space in the consultation

Myukura’s ambition is not to get professionals to use more artificial intelligence.

It is to get them to think about it less.

For the infrastructure, the models and the tools to work in the background.

And for the result to be something much simpler:

less time around documentation and more time to practise.
