What happens when the consultation closes
Post-consultation Relay
From plan to patient
When a consultation ends, there are instructions to communicate to the patient. The Relay Agent carries them out automatically — through the right channel, in the patient’s language, with scheduled reminders and an audit of every step. The professional only approves. The agent does the rest.

What people ask us
No. Myukura helps document, organise and prepare information, but the clinical decision always belongs to the healthcare professional. Our system is designed to keep the doctor in control of the process: reviewing, approving, editing or discarding any result before it is used.
Because in healthcare, automating is not enough. Clinical information has a direct impact on people, treatments, communication and continuity of care. That is why Myukura works as a support layer: it proposes, structures and prepares; the professional validates. This philosophy is aligned with the European approach to trustworthy AI, which promotes human-centred systems with appropriate oversight, traceability and human control, especially in sensitive contexts such as healthcare.
Not without approval. Agents can prepare messages, tasks, follow-ups, documents or administrative actions, but relevant decisions go through human review before being carried out. This reduces errors and keeps professional responsibility where it belongs: in the clinic.
No. The product is designed to work with clinical data privately and in a controlled way. Notes, audio and results are processed to provide the service, not to train open models or reuse clinical information outside the authorised environment.
Myukura applies a privacy-oriented architecture: secure processing, access control, audit logs and separation between clinical data, tasks and communications. Medical information is not treated as just any data; it is managed as sensitive information that requires protection, traceability and minimal exposure.
Myukura is being built following the principles of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation: human-centred AI, oversight, safety, traceability and risk management. The AI Act sets out a framework to promote safe and trustworthy AI systems, with reinforced obligations where the use may be considered high-risk.
Myukura doesn’t stop at turning voice into text. From a consultation, it helps structure the clinical note, detect tasks, prepare communication for the patient, maintain operational memory and activate specialised agents to reduce administrative burden. Transcription is only the start of the workflow.
Every message generated by Myukura includes an informational note at the bottom stating that the content was prepared with the help of an intelligent translation engine. If the patient or their circle notices any inconsistency in the text, we recommend contacting the sending practice directly to clear up any doubt. The professional always reviews and approves the message before sending it, but the note exists precisely to maintain that transparency.
