What Is Myukura
Myukura is a Spanish digital health startup that develops an AI-powered clinical platform for healthcare professionals. It combines a SaaS model — cloud clinical software for documentation, patients and workflow — with AAAS capabilities, that is, supervised AI agents that help close post-consultation tasks, prepare communications, organise information and reduce administrative burden. Myukura is designed to bring advanced technology into the clinical workflow without taking responsibility away from the healthcare professional. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatments and does not replace clinical judgement.
Myukura is designed for independent healthcare professionals, private practices, small clinics and teams that need to reduce administrative burden. It currently operates in a beta phase with general medicine, psychology and veterinary medicine.
Myukura is in a beta phase with limited access for selected professionals. At this stage, Myukura is validating the real clinical workflow: consultation capture, transcription, note generation, post-consultation tasks, human review, privacy and priority integrations.
No. In the beta phase, Myukura can be tried as a layer on top of the professional’s current workflow. The initial goal is not to force the whole clinic to migrate, but to validate whether Myukura helps to document, review, extract tasks and close the work that follows a consultation.
Myukura operates under a SaaS + AAAS model. The SaaS component provides access to a cloud clinical platform for documentation, patient management, transcription and note review. The AAAS component adds supervised AI agents for post-consultation tasks, reviewable communication, operational follow-up and workflow support. During the beta phase, Myukura is validating features, operating costs and real needs before publishing final pricing.
Myukura is not just management software or just a transcription assistant. What sets it apart is combining clinical SaaS, supervised AI agents, patient management, adaptable notes, operational integrations and AI governance in a single platform. AI helps prepare, organise and speed up the work, but the professional always keeps the review, validation and final decision.
Yes. Myukura offers a standard mode for professionals who want to start quickly with a general structure, and custom modes for those who want the platform to adapt to their way of documenting.
Standard mode uses a general clinical structure, useful for getting started quickly, trying the system or keeping a neutral workflow.
Custom mode lets Myukura take into account the professional’s preferences, such as level of detail, writing style, vocabulary and note structure. The goal is for Myukura to adapt to the professional, not the other way round.
Mixed mode combines a standard base with progressive personalisation. The professional can start with a general format and turn on adjustments as their confidence grows.
SaaS + AaaS
Myukura combines both approaches. It is a clinical SaaS because it offers a cloud platform for documentation, patients, notes, history and workflow. It also incorporates supervised AI agents as an AAAS layer to help with post-consultation tasks, communications, operational follow-up and integrations. Myukura’s vision is to unite clinical software and responsible agents in a single platform, without turning AI into a substitute for the healthcare professional.
AAAS stands for Agent-as-a-Service. At Myukura, it refers to supervised AI agents that help with specific tasks in the clinical-operational workflow, such as preparing a summary for the patient, extracting pending tasks, drafting an email or flagging items that need review. These agents do not make autonomous clinical decisions. They work as operational support and keep control in the professional’s hands.
Myukura’s agents help close the work that follows a consultation. They can prepare summaries, detect tasks, organise next steps, draft communications and help centralise parts of the workflow. Every relevant output remains subject to human review and approval.
No. Myukura’s agents are not designed to diagnose, recommend treatments, change medication, modify clinical plans or prioritise patients autonomously. Their role is to help with documentation, organisation, supervised communication and clinical-operational management.
Myukura works with a human-in-the-loop approach. AI can generate drafts, summaries, tasks or communications, but the healthcare professional reviews, corrects, approves and decides before saving clinical information as final or sending any external communication.
How It Works
The professional creates or opens a patient record, records or dictates the consultation, Myukura transcribes the content and generates a clinical draft. Then the professional reviews, edits and approves the note before saving it as final information. Optionally, Myukura can help extract tasks, prepare summaries or generate post-consultation communications pending approval.
Yes. Myukura lets you use your phone as a capture point, while the professional views and reviews the information from a computer, tablet or another compatible screen.
No. Myukura Core is designed to work with everyday devices such as a phone, computer or tablet. Myukura Edge will be an additional layer for those who need local-first capture, better audio control or more sensitive environments.
Yes. Myukura Core works as a cloud platform and needs an internet connection to process consultations, generate notes and synchronise information.
Myukura Core requires a connection. If the connection is unstable, the workflow may be affected. Myukura Edge is designed as a local-first evolution for scenarios where local or hybrid processing makes more sense.
Myukura aims to generate clinical drafts within a few minutes of processing the consultation. The time may vary depending on session length, audio quality and system load.
Myukura can process audio with moderate noise, but the quality of the transcription depends on how clear the recording is. The professional must always review and correct the draft before saving it.
Yes. Myukura is designed for in-person consultations, teleconsultations and professionals who work on the move, such as veterinarians or doctors who travel.
Myukura is mainly aimed at generating documentation at the end of the consultation or session. In specialties with long sessions, such as psychology, it may work better by leaving notes pending review for later.
Yes. Myukura can work with a pending-drafts workflow so the professional reviews notes when they have time, for example at the end of the day.
Myukura is initially designed for professionals who work in Spanish. Extension to other languages will depend on the product’s evolution and validation with users.
If the device shuts down during a recording, the capture may be partially or totally lost depending on the moment. We recommend starting consultations with the device charged or plugged in. If the professional needs it, Myukura can also be used from a computer or another compatible device to reduce reliance on the phone during the consultation.
Myukura is designed to protect and back up the clinical data reviewed and approved by the professional, according to the platform’s configuration and applicable policies.
Clinical Transcription
Clinical transcription turns the consultation audio into text so the professional can review, edit and reuse the information in the clinical note.
Myukura works with diarised transcription, that is, approximate separation of voices when audio quality allows. Diarisation helps distinguish the professional’s and the patient’s contributions, but it must always be reviewed.
No. No automatic transcription guarantees total accuracy. Myukura generates a useful working base, but the professional must review the information before using it clinically.
Myukura initially works with general medicine, psychology and veterinary medicine. Later it will be able to adapt to physiotherapy, dentistry, nursing and other specialties.
Myukura is designed not to store raw audio as a permanent record. The audio is used to process the consultation and generate a transcription or drafts. The persistent asset is the validated clinical note, along with the metadata and records needed for operation and traceability.
Myukura is not intended as a repository of clinical audio for later playback. The main focus is to turn the consultation into a transcription, a reviewable note and a workflow.
The professional can review and correct the text. The main workflow is based on the professional’s review of the generated draft.
Yes. Myukura must adapt to the psychology workflow, where sessions can be long and review can happen afterwards. For these cases, Myukura can work with notes pending review and editable summaries.
Clinical Notes with AI
Myukura generates clinical note drafts adapted to the professional’s workflow. The final note must always be reviewed, edited and approved by the healthcare professional.
No. Myukura can start from standard formats, but its aim is to adapt to each professional’s way of documenting.
No. Myukura does not give medical recommendations, does not diagnose and does not make clinical decisions. Myukura helps document, organise and prepare information under the professional’s judgement.
Yes. Editing is a core part of Myukura. AI generates a draft, but the professional reviews, corrects, deletes, adds and approves the final version.
Yes. Myukura is a support tool and can make mistakes. That is why Myukura relies on professional review before saving final clinical information.
Myukura can compare the generated draft with the professional’s corrected version to detect style, structure and vocabulary preferences. That learning is stored as an individual profile within the platform, not as training of an external model.
No. Myukura does not train external models with the professional’s data. Adaptation is done through an individual profile within the platform and under the user’s control.
Adaptive memory is an internal professional profile that captures documentation preferences, vocabulary, structure and style. It can be activated, paused, reset or adjusted according to the control the professional chooses.
Yes. Myukura offers control over adaptive memory, including activating, pausing, resetting or reviewing preferences. The professional keeps the final say on how they want to document.
Yes. Myukura lets you return to standard mode if the professional prefers to stop using personalisation.
Post-Consultation Agents
They are AAAS capabilities that help turn a reviewable note or draft into tasks, summaries, communications and operational actions. They are designed to support closing the work that follows a consultation, always with human review.
ClinicOps Relay Agent is Myukura’s post-consultation agent focused on turning a reviewable or approved clinical note into supervised operational actions. It can help prepare patient summaries, communication drafts, administrative tasks, reminders or next steps, always keeping human approval before any external action. ClinicOps Relay Agent does not diagnose, does not recommend treatments and does not modify clinical plans.
CareOps is Myukura’s layer focused on operational continuity, working memory and follow-up of the clinical workflow. It helps organise tasks, professional preferences, operational context, pending items and elements that must be reviewed after the consultation. CareOps does not make autonomous clinical decisions. Its role is to help maintain continuity, order and traceability in clinical-operational work.
It can help prepare a summary for the patient, extract administrative tasks, detect pending items, draft an email, organise next steps or generate a reviewable communication.
No. Communications are generated as drafts or previews. Sending requires approval from the professional or an authorised user.
No. Post-consultation agents are not designed to create diagnoses, recommend treatments, change medication or modify clinical plans.
It means the agents can prepare information but do not carry out sensitive actions on their own. The professional or an authorised user must review and approve before final information is saved or external communications are sent.
Patient Management
Yes. Myukura includes patient management to create records, organise history, log consultations and keep follow-up on a cloud platform.
Myukura can store identification data, history, consultation history, reviewed clinical notes, associated documents and necessary metadata, depending on permissions and configuration.
Yes. Myukura is designed so that the professional can consult the history and work with relevant context without constantly switching tools.
Myukura includes import processes from existing sources, such as documents, old records or structured databases, depending on the product’s evolution.
AI can help organise information, but human review is still necessary. With clinical data, Myukura prioritises accuracy, traceability and professional validation.
Integrations
Myukura is working towards an architecture that can integrate with the professional’s usual tools, such as email, calendars, forms, communication channels and administrative systems with an available API.
Myukura plans integration with WhatsApp Business or compatible channels for supervised professional communication. Availability will depend on permissions, configuration and the provider’s policies.
Myukura plans integrations with email and calendars to reduce screen switching and improve day-to-day management. These integrations must respect each user’s permissions, privacy and configuration.
No. Integrations are designed as supervised connectors. Emails, messages, reminders or external actions must remain drafts, previews or pending actions until approved.
Not directly, unless there is an authorised integration with official systems or certified providers. Myukura can help prepare information, but the official prescription must be issued through the corresponding legal channels.
Myukura does not replace official systems for sick leave, certificates or permits. It can help organise information, but the final procedure must be completed through the corresponding official channel.
Myukura takes an integrable approach with APIs or connectors, but availability will depend on the product’s evolution and on needs validated with users.
Security and Privacy
Yes. Myukura works under GDPR compliance and privacy-by-design principles.
Myukura runs on secure cloud infrastructure configured for sensitive data, in line with the product’s needs and the applicable framework.
Access to clinical data is limited to the authorised professional and strictly necessary roles, under permissions, confidentiality and internal policies.
No. Myukura does not use consultation data to train external models.
Myukura is personalised through internal context and the professional’s preferences within the platform. Personalisation does not require training external models with the user’s clinical data.
Myukura does not share clinical data with third parties for purposes unrelated to the service. Where necessary technical providers exist, their use will be governed by contracts, permissions and appropriate safeguards.
Myukura has a documented approach to security, compliance and governance within its Trust Center.
Myukura must have account recovery and identity verification processes that balance data protection with operational continuity.
The professional or the clinic keeps control over the clinical information created, reviewed and validated in Myukura. Myukura provides the technology platform to process, organise and protect that information within the contracted service, in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable agreements.
Yes. Myukura respects users’ rights, including erasure and data portability under the applicable framework.
After the account is fully deleted, Myukura does not retain clinical data, transcriptions, notes, personalisation profiles or identification information, except minimal records that must be kept for legal or security obligations.
Yes. Myukura provides data portability so the professional can export relevant information before deleting their account.
Audio and Data
No. Myukura is designed not to store raw audio as a permanent record. The audio is used to process the consultation and generate a transcription or drafts. It is then discarded according to the processing mode.
To minimise sensitive data, reduce the risk surface, simplify audits and avoid unnecessary storage costs. Myukura’s aim is to keep the validated clinical note, not the full recording.
Myukura keeps the information needed for the clinical workflow: validated note, tasks, operational metadata and necessary audit logs.
Myukura Edge is designed for local-first or hybrid scenarios where capture and part of the processing can take place in a local or controlled environment.
Cloud Assist uses cloud infrastructure to process and generate documentation. Local Privacy is designed for local-first processing in controlled environments. Hybrid Mode combines local capture or processing with limited cloud assistance, for example using minimised text instead of sending raw audio. The availability of each mode will depend on the product, configuration and deployment.
Myukura Core, Edge and Sovereign
Myukura Core is the main product: a cloud clinical platform for documentation, patient management, reviewable notes, tasks and operational integrations.
Myukura Edge is a local-first layer designed to improve audio capture, reduce exposure of sensitive data and enable local or hybrid processing in environments that require it.
Myukura Sovereign is Myukura’s institutional line for controlled deployments, sensitive environments and architectures where data must stay close to the clinical setting.
No. Myukura Core is designed to work without additional hardware. Edge is an additional layer for scenarios where local privacy, capture quality or control of the environment are especially relevant.
Not necessarily. Sovereign is aimed at institutions, hospitals, public bodies or environments with more complex infrastructure, privacy or deployment requirements.
Beta Access and Pricing
You can request beta access through the official form or the beta access button on the website. The Myukura team will review the request according to specialty, country, workflow and availability in the pilot programme.
Myukura has not yet published final pricing because it is in the beta and commercial validation phase. For information on access, terms or future plans, the Myukura team responds through the official channel.
Myukura is evaluating special terms for beta professionals and selected pilots.
Myukura will move towards a full version after validating the MVP, the user experience, security and key integrations.
At this stage Myukura prioritises professionals in general medicine, psychology and veterinary medicine. It may also evaluate pilot clinics and professionals from other specialties depending on their workflow.
Limitations and Scope
No. Myukura does not replace the healthcare professional or their clinical judgement. It helps document, organise and reduce administrative burden.
No. Myukura is not designed to diagnose diseases or recommend treatments. Diagnosis, treatment plan and clinical decision belong exclusively to the professional.
Myukura can only connect directly if there is an API, authorisation or lawful technical route. When an official system is closed, Myukura can help organise the information, but the procedure must be completed through the official channel.
No. Myukura is based on a human-in-the-loop approach. AI generates drafts, but the professional must review and approve the clinical information before saving it as final.
No. Myukura is not designed as a diagnosis, triage or autonomous clinical prioritisation system. Its focus is documentation, management, supervised communication and reducing administrative burden.
The professional must review it, correct it or discard it. Myukura is designed to work with reviewable drafts, not automatic clinical decisions.
