Data Deletion
Last updated: September 2026 · Version 1.0
This page explains how to disconnect an external integration (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Calendar or WhatsApp Business), how to revoke the permissions granted directly from each provider, and how to request additional deletion of your data. It complements the Privacy Policy.
1. Disconnecting an integration in Myukura
You can disconnect any external integration at any time, without needing to cancel your account or subscription:
- Go to Settings → Integrations from your Myukura dashboard.
- Select the integration you want to disconnect (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Calendar or WhatsApp Business).
- Click Disconnect and confirm the action.
Disconnecting immediately stops Myukura’s future access to that account. The action is recorded in your organisation’s audit log.
2. Revoking permissions directly from the provider
Disconnecting the integration in Myukura does not automatically delete the data or the access recorded in the external provider’s account. To revoke it completely, also do so from the provider itself:
Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Review and remove Myukura’s access from the third-party app management of your Google account.
myaccount.google.com/permissions ↗Microsoft (Outlook Mail and Calendar)
Review and remove Myukura’s access from the connected apps and services management of your Microsoft account.
account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access ↗Meta (WhatsApp Business)
The WhatsApp Business number is managed at organisation level. If you connected a number, you can manage or unlink it from Meta Business Suite, or request it from Myukura at privacidad@myukura.com.
business.facebook.com ↗What data remains in the external account: content that already exists in your Google, Microsoft or Meta account (emails, events, messages or files created through the integration) remains there after disconnecting in Myukura. Myukura only stops its own access; it does not delete or modify that content in the provider’s account.
3. What local data Myukura deletes when disconnecting
When you disconnect an integration, Myukura:
- —Invalidates and deletes the tokens and credential references associated with that integration
- —Deletes the connection metadata (account, status, permissions granted)
- —Clears any temporary cache of pending synchronisation
- —Stops processing emails, events, files or messages from that account
Myukura keeps the connection and disconnection audit logs for the time necessary to meet legal and security obligations, in accordance with the Optional external integrations section of the Privacy Policy.
4. Requesting additional deletion
If you want to request the deletion of additional data that Myukura has processed through an integration (for example, an email or an event synchronised before disconnecting), you can do so directly:
- Write to privacidad@myukura.com stating your name, your organisation and the integration concerned.
- Describe which specific data you want us to delete.
- We will confirm receipt of your request and proceed in accordance with your GDPR rights.
5. Contact and response time
