We build technologyto give time backto those who care
Myulab Innovation · Jerez de la Frontera
Myukura is born from a simple idea: clinical technology should reduce the burden around the consultation, not add a new layer of complexity.
We are a Spanish technology startup developing artificial intelligence systems to work on one of the most invisible and costly processes in healthcare: turning a clinical conversation into useful, structured information that the professional can review.
Our work combines artificial intelligence, speech recognition, language processing and local and cloud architectures to develop tools that can support the consultation from the moment the conversation takes place through to the clinical documentation that follows.
We are not trying to automate medical judgement. We want professionals to be able to spend less time documenting and more time practising.
01Our mission
For technology to work around the consultation, not in the middle of it
Medicine depends on information.
But recording that information takes time: listening, remembering, transcribing, reviewing, structuring and completing documentation after every consultation.
Myukura is born to reduce that friction.
Our mission is to develop an artificial intelligence infrastructure capable of progressively turning part of that administrative work into a more natural, traceable and supervised process.
A technology that can listen and structure, but keeps the professional as the one ultimately responsible for the clinical information.
Because in healthcare, automating more doesn’t always mean doing it better.
02Our approach
There is no single modelto solve a consultation
A clinical conversation is much more than text.
It contains different voices, medical terminology, medications, doses, negations, history, changes over time and statements whose meaning depends on who said them and in what context.
That is why Myukura is not designed around a single artificial intelligence model.
We develop an architecture made up of different layers and specialised systems, where each component can serve a specific function within the clinical workflow.
We work on:
Our goal is not to use more artificial intelligence. It is to use the right architecture for each problem.
04Our own models
We develop our ownmodels and systems
Myukura develops and evaluates models aimed at specific tasks within the clinical consultation.
We work on speech recognition, information extraction and structuring, language processing and other components that can benefit from more specialised models.
A model’s size is not, in itself, a measure of its usefulness.
For certain tasks, a specialised architecture can offer greater control, lower latency, lower computational requirements and a more precise assessment of its behaviour.
This is especially relevant when we want to take part of the artificial intelligence out of large remote infrastructures and bring it closer to where the information is generated.
Greater control
on the system’s behaviour
Lower latency
in specific tasks
Lower computational requirements
to run closer
More precise assessment
of their behaviour
05Myukura Edge
Bringing artificial intelligence closerto where the data happens
One of our main lines of development is Myukura Edge.
We study architectures capable of running certain processes directly on devices or infrastructure located within the healthcare setting itself.
This can reduce dependence on connectivity, lower latency and offer greater control over the path certain data take.
We don’t see local and cloud as opposing technologies.
We see them as parts of the same architecture.
Some processes can benefit from the power of the cloud.
Others may make sense close to the user.
Our job is to decide what should run where, and why.
06Privacy
Privacy fromthe architecture
In healthcare, privacy shouldn’t depend solely on a written policy.
It can also be designed in from the architecture.
That is why we research systems in which certain processes can run locally and in which the data flow can adapt to different infrastructure needs.
Reducing unnecessary movement of information, limiting access and maintaining traceability at every stage are part of the same technological problem.
Reduce unnecessary movement of information
Limit access
Maintain traceability at every stage
Privacy is not a feature added after the product. It is a variable that shapes how we build the product.
07Human in the loop
The final decision staysin the professional’s hands
Myukura is designed as an administrative support tool.
Artificial intelligence can transcribe, organise and propose structures.
But the clinical information generated must be reviewable before it becomes final documentation.
That is why human oversight is part of the system’s design.
We don’t believe trust in a clinical application should depend on assuming a model will never make a mistake.
It should depend on building mechanisms that make it possible to detect, review and correct those errors when they occur.

08From Jerez to Europe
From Jerez to a technology companywith a European vocation
36.685° N · 6.126° W
Myulab Innovation, S.L. was founded in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia.
From here we are building a technology company that combines software development, applied research and artificial intelligence.
During 2026, Myukura has been progressively integrating into various technology and business ecosystems.
The company holds ENISA’s emerging company certification, has been selected for Andalusia’s ScaleUp 2026 programme and is part of NVIDIA Inception, Google for Startups and Microsoft for Startups.
We were also selected to take part in the 8th MareNostrum Hackathon at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, where we worked on clinical speech recognition in Spanish using high-performance GPU infrastructure.

Access to infrastructure, tools and resources
Each of these programmes answers a different need: technology, infrastructure, growth, internationalisation or business development.
But all of them are part of the same direction.
Building, from Andalusia, a technology company able to compete beyond Andalusia.
09Infrastructure
Building infrastructure,not just a feature
Clinical documentation is the first problem we are tackling.
But the infrastructure behind Myukura allows us to think of something broader.
A consultation generates an enormous amount of unstructured information.
Our vision is to progressively build a technology layer able to help turn that information into structured knowledge that is useful to the professional.
The goal is not to turn Myukura into yet another interface around a language model.
We want to build our own technology around the clinical workflow.
From capturing information to processing, structuring, verifying and reviewing it.

10A new stage
A company builtfor a new stage of AI
The first stage of generative artificial intelligence was marked by ever larger models.
The next will demand something different.
And a much more precise understanding of where each model adds value.
Myukura is being built around that transition.
We don’t want to depend on a single technology or a single provider.
We want to develop an architecture capable of evolving with them.
11Our vision
We imagine an environment in which documenting a consultation stops being a second task after seeing the patient.
Where the conversation can progressively become structured information.
Where part of the artificial intelligence can run on the device or in the centre itself.
Where specialised models collaborate with higher-capacity systems.
And where the professional always keeps the ability to review, correct and decide.
Our ambition is to build the technology infrastructure that makes it possible.
12We are building
We are buildingMyukura
Myukura is in development.
We continue working on clinical speech recognition, specialised models, local processing, clinical documentation and new ways of integrating artificial intelligence responsibly into the healthcare workflow.
We don’t claim to solve medicine with artificial intelligence.
We are working on something more concrete:
Giving time backto those who practise it.
